Alongside static, quasi-static and dynamic QR codes, the service assigns a unique identifier to every bill enabling, for example, MOTO merchants to take mobile payments securely over the phone without handling any card data.
Equally suitable to online and physical merchants, the MobiCash service can be integrated into websites and POS terminals, with options for biometric payments to cut queues. Merchants also have a MobiCash POS app where they can generate bills in-person, remotely, or by pushing bills directly to the customer’s app. MobiCash is so versatile and multi-faceted, it lends itself to any merchant business model, from your typical retailer to more specialised businesses that have unique payment requirements - such as utilities, petrol stations, charities, event organisers, and resorts. In order to cater for this wide range of business, MobiCash allows customisation via scripts that are plug-and-play so there is no need to redesign the framework of the app, and it doesn’t have to be continuously republished in the app store, saving you time, cost and effort.
The super app offers each merchant a homepage as standard, that can be enhanced with advertising packages and linked to an in-app marketplace, giving merchants all of the advantages of an m-commerce platform at a fraction of the cost. For service providers, such as utilities, educational establishments, or property rental companies, there is also eInvoicing and recurring billing. These merchants can create a bill in a few clicks and generate a payment link/request that is sent to their customers via various channels or pushed directly into their MobiCash super app.
Advertising
MobiCash offers your merchants bespoke advertising packages that can boost their brand visibility and attract new customers, announce new products/services and promotions without needing a website or large investments in online campaigns. Your merchants can measure campaigns with built-in analytics and use these insights to inform future campaigns.
Loyalty
MobiCash supports several loyalty programs for both the issuing and acquiring sides of the business, or those that link them together. These can be run at an issuer level, PSP/ISO level, as partnership programs or by individual merchants. Loyalty programs include bonus points collection, digital vouchers or discounts and various promotions whether merchant or banking services related. The service can be customised to offer tailored loyalty programs, including features such as cashback.
