As a Presales specialist at Compass Plus Technologies, you will be the bridge between our cutting-edge fintech solutions and our valued clients. You will utilise your technical prowess and industry knowledge to understand client needs, present tailored solutions, and build lasting relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- Technical proficiency:
- Leverage your deep understanding of fintech products, services, and solutions to provide expert guidance to clients.
- Utilise your familiarity with financial technologies, software, APIs, and integration methods to design seamless solutions.
- Financial industry knowledge:
- Apply your in-depth knowledge of financial markets, banking processes, payment systems, regulations, and compliance to address client challenges.
- Leverage your understanding of financial regulations and compliance requirements to demonstrate how our solutions meet these standards.
- Product knowledge:
- Showcase your thorough knowledge of our company's products and services, highlighting their features, functionalities, and benefits to potential clients.
- Take a hands-on approach in configuring our software solutions to meet the specific needs and requirements of clients, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance during demonstrations.
- Based on the information with respect to market development, competitor activities and customer requirements, raise suggestions for the improvement and functionality extension of the Employer’s product and service portfolio.
- Solution architecture:
- Demonstrate your ability to architect and present technical solutions that precisely meet client needs and overcome their specific pain points.
- Communication and presentation skills:
- Articulate complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner, ensuring that clients grasp the value and benefits of our solutions.
- Present information in a clear, organised manner, ensuring a logical flow from one point to the next.
- Tailor the presentation style and content to match the audience's level of technical understanding, ensuring that the message resonates with each individual.
- Make live demonstrations of product functional capabilities and product interfaces.
- Develop, prepare and maintain all relevant presentation materials in an up-to-date state.
- Consultative selling:
- Provide support to sales manager in conducting sales of our solutions and services within the region market, initiating and managing requisite pre-sales activities, preparing the requisite sets of contractual documents and obtaining their approval, and implementing other sales-related procedures laid down by the Employer.
- Carefully consider client requirements and offer customised solutions that address their unique challenges and drive business growth.
- Proposal and RFP management:
- Utilise your experience in responding to requests for proposals (RFPs), creating compelling proposals, and showcasing the value of our solutions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in presales, technical consulting, or a similar role in the fintech
industry. - Excellent understanding of current payment technologies and related payment solutions, namely: Strong knowledge of EFT and the retail banking industry. Experience at one of the global competitors (ACI, CR2, BPC, OpenWay, Tieto, TSYS, FIS, Wirecard etc.) or in any other relevant company (terminal vendor / CBS supplier, etc.) is advantageous.
- Excellent knowledge of both issuing (debit, credit, prepaid cards) and acquiring (ATM/POS/internet/mobile wallet solutions) sides of cards and payments technologies and their mechanics, principles of payment schemes operation. Candidates with core banking experience will be considered.
- Proficiency in the following technical skills would be advantageous: Java, Oracle PL/SQL, SOAP/XML, REST/JSON, SoapUI, VMWare
